Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, It is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licenced or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licenced or regulated premises. We reserve the right to refuse entry to intoxicated persons and deny service to intoxicated persons on the premises. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are not permitted to sit at the bar.
